As principal product designer, my job is to bring clarity and purpose to ambiguous and complex problems by using both tried and true design methodology, deep empathy, a well-honed product sense,  and some scrappy inventiveness — we are on a tight schedule and budget after all!

During working hours I’m happiest when I’m reading, writing, facilitating, interviewing, observing, surveying, prototyping, drawing, mapping, testing, building, annotating, documenting, shipping, measuring.

Anything but “brainstorming” really…

After hours I like to hang out with my wife and twin boys, make music of sorts, cook, and ride bicycles.
