At eSpark Learning, we transformed how districts evaluate supplemental programs by creating "Efficacy Insights," an interactive data-visualization suite that links student usage directly to third-party assessment growth (e.g., NWEA MAP Growth, Renaissance Star). I led the end-to-end research, design and data-visualization work—conducting stakeholder discovery with superintendents and data analysts, translating usage and achievement data into intuitive dashboards, and bringing analytics into the product in a way that empowers instructional leaders to see real district-level impact.
